Current Projects

Representative list of current projects in 2011 include:

• Homer Sewer Inspection and CIPP Rehabilitation; 30,000 feet of CCTV inspection and 18,000 feet of sewer main cured in place lining
• Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport Ramp Drainage Study; CCTV and manhole inspection of 30,000 feet of storm sewer pipe  
• Sewer Assessments in Rural Communities; assessments of sanitary sewers in Russian Mission, Brevig Mission, Ambler and other rural communities
• Midtown Sewer Upgrade; 5,300 feet of sewer CCTV and manhole inspection and design of repairs 
• AWWU 2011 CIPP Water Projects; 2,500 feet of water main rehabilitation with a CIPP liner
• University of Alaska Fairbanks Sewer CIPP Upgrades; condition assessment and engineering design of CIPP lining solutions for upgrading deteriorating wood stave sanitary sewer pipe on the Fairbanks campus
• New Seward Highway Water Upgrade; 1,600 feet of 12" water main trenchless rehabilitation evaluation
• AWWU Tidewater Gull Water Upgrade; installation of 3,000 feet of 16" PVC and DIP water main at the Port of Anchorage
• East Airpark Storm System; design of three borings under roads, taxiways and railroad at the Anchorage Airport 
• Campbell Lake Manhole Rehabilitation; rehabilitation of a broken and leaking sanitary sewer manhole in Campbell Lake
• Girdwood WWTP Infiltration and Inflow; ongoing evaluation of infiltration and inflow in the Girdwood sanitary sewer collection system; including flow and rainfall monitoring
